The hotel has a great location near the beach and Playas restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, but my reservation wasn't ready on time. The staff are super friendly except for a situation where someone yelled and insulted guests. The dining options are varied, and the location is very accessible. However, there were issues with the reservation process.

I must say my stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is located close to the beach and entertainment spots, which was great. However, the room towels looked dirty, and my check-in was delayed. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, with no hot water and dingy towels that made me cringe, but they were decent overall. The service was mixed, with some confusion over who would serve us, though the staff were polite. The dining experience was pleasant with good food options but limited to only breakfast for two.
